How I work

Why is this part important?

Establishing a clear, working process from the very start helps everyone working on the project understand the expectations and outcomes from both sides.

What can you expect from me?

Every project starts with an initial consultation in person or via video call, I’ll ask you to submit a detailed brief and mood board before any work begins on the project.

From here, I’ll share multiple initial concepts, ongoing idea refinement, and my final proposed designs, subject to your feedback. Upon your approval, you will be provided with all the files and documents you need.

Kicking things off

Before making a start, I need to learn about you. I’ll send over a brand questionnaire so I can learn about you and your aspirations for your brand. After that, we’ll arrange a short call or meet in person to discuss the full scope of the project such as deliverables, timeframes, budgets, and anything else you’ve noted on the questionnaire.

Signing off on the proposal

Following our discussion I’ll send over a project proposal which details the deliverables and the quote we have agreed upon for you to sign off. Once approved, the contract, briefing template and 50% deposit invoices are shared. Work will only begin once these have been signed, paid and filled out.

The designs

After two to three weeks of working on the brief, I’ll be ready to present the concepts to you. In this presentation, I will walk you through my design process. You’ll also have access to the deck afterwards so you can refer back to it when pulling together feedback.

Feedback

Please make sure all feedback is consolidated so I can make fully informed changes to the project. Depending on the extent of revisions needed (if you have any), I may communicate them via email or present an updated deck if it requires additional refinement and explanation.

Sign off

After you’ve signed off on the design, I’ll share the final invoice once that has been paid, I’ll send over all the files and exports for you to use.
